Referrals
Making a referral is simple:
- Please contact us with your referral
- Fax through patient information on our dedicated secure fax line
- A free assessment will be completed by our team within 48 hours (emergency assessments can also be carried out if required)
- A provisional decision given to suitability straight away subject to admission panel agreement
- Report provided free of charge
- If suitable for our service, we will provide transport to transfer the patient at no cost.
